Name, Company Name, Email, Phone Number and Country or location are captured and stored in our system via email forms or web traffic software analytics such as PearlDiver.io.

Expleco will never ask you for credit card details or store sensitive personal financial information. All credit card payments are processed through secure links via the stripe payments portal.

 

Purpose of collection:

Data is collected for account creation for billing, quotes and special offers or sharing client sustainability success stories using Expleco Equipment.

 

Data storage and retention:

Data is stored in a secure network accessible only via our Wix Ascend CRM and Google Console dashboards. Unqualified leads are removed annually and qualified leads are retained in our systems until such lead requests to be removed.

User rights:

Any site user reserves the right to receive a snapshot of any personal data we retains and as such has the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data at anytime.

Any data retained is held in secure Google, Wix Ascend, Xero accounting cloud based networks. Expleco will never share or sell personal data without prior consent of the User.
